Edible Protein Cookie Dough
Hopefully you all saw this on the Instagram story last night. I had a serious case of cramps, so I didn't just want this cookie dough... I NEEDED this cookie dough. It was so easy. Huge shoutout to Kristie for carefully developing and perfecting this recipe.
1/4 cup oat flour (just blend oats if you don't have any)
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vital Proteins)
1 TBSP butter
1 TBSP agave
1 TBSP water
1 tsp vanilla
2 TBSP dark chocolate chips
Sprinkle of coconut (optional, but not really)
Literally mix that ish up and shovel into your mouth. Easiest thing you've done all day.
